It all began with Terra Greenwich in 1991. Back then, the Greenwich restaurant scene consisted of only casual or high-end restaurants and we saw the opportunity to bring an innovative, bistro experience to the area that was reminiscent of NYC restaurants at the time. From there, our company began to grow and more restaurants began to open under the Z Hospitality umbrella.
Over the years, we’ve seen many changes in the restaurant industry but much of our team has remained the same. Some of our longest-tenured employees have stayed with the company for 10, 15, or even 20 years. Chefs of our restaurants today were once dishwashers many years ago. Managers and Chefs have been made partners. We are proud to give our employees opportunities to grow and succeed in their careers.
